Air Travel
All flights for Lantheus attendees and their spouses or guests must be booked through Unbridled Travel as part of online registration. Do not make your own travel arrangements through Concur for this event.
Arrival. Plan to arrive in St. Barth by 5:00pm on Sunday, May 17, 2026. There is a Lantheus Employee Meeting and Welcome Reception that evening.
Departure. Departures are at leisure on Thursday, May 21, 2026.
Complete the travel section of registration with frequent flyer information and preferences for airline, flight times, departure airport, and seating. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Once registration is complete, you will receive a proposed itinerary within 3–5 business days by email. Approve it within 24 hours for the ticket to be confirmed. Changes after a ticket is issued are charged to your individual credit card.

Your legal name must match the government-issued ID you present at airport check-in.
Passport and Travel Documents
You need a passport valid for at least six months after your return from St. Barth, plus a return or ongoing ticket. Make extra copies of your passport and do not carry them with the original.
What to Pack
Tasteful resort attire at the hotel and in most restaurants. Shorts, sandals, flip-flops, t-shirts, and swimwear with a cover-up are fine for daytime meals. Evening events are resort casual — Caribbean chic. No suits, ties, or formal dresses. Tropical or Tommy Bahama-style shirts with dress shorts or khakis for men. Sundresses, skirts, or capris with sandals for women. All outlets require footwear.
Pack: travel documents and a valid passport, hat and sunscreen, prescription medication, sunglasses, bathing suit and cover-up, insect repellent, camera, light layers, sandals and sneakers, Dramamine if you need it, and white cocktail attire for the final night.
Arrivals
You can reach St. Barth by airplane or ferry. Unbridled Travel will help you choose.
At St. Barth Airport (SBH), Rosewood greeters wait just outside the gate in a white polo, holding President’s Circle signage. They will escort you to bags, then to the car.
At the ferry terminal, greeters wait just outside Immigration in the same white polo and signage.
It is about a 20-minute drive to Rosewood. The road is winding. If you get motion sickness, keep a remedy on you and take it 30 minutes before the ride.
Early Arrival and Extending
If you arrive before the program start, ground transportation from the airport to Rosewood is provided. If you lodge elsewhere, you are responsible for getting yourself to Rosewood on May 17.
To extend your stay, include the full date range in the hotel section of registration. Extra nights, food, entertainment, and transportation outside meeting dates are at your expense. Non-refundable ticket rules apply.
